Liability Waiver

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in firearms training, self-defense classes, and other activities offered by LowKey Defense involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury from firearms handling or self-defense techniques
• Accidental discharge or firearm malfunction
• Strain, sprain, or other physical exertion injuries
• Exposure to loud noises and environmental conditions

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in LowKey Defense activities.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue LowKey Defense, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in LowKey Defense activities.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless LowKey Defense, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from my participation in LowKey Defense activities, including claims caused by my own negligence.

Medical Disclaimer

I represent that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in LowKey Defense activities. I agree to inform LowKey Defense of any medical conditions or physical limitations before participating.

Compliance with Instructions

I agree to follow all safety rules, instructions, and guidance provided by LowKey Defense instructors. I understand that failure to comply may result in dismissal from the class without refund.

Photo and Video Release

I grant LowKey Defense permission to use photographs, videos, or other media of me taken during classes for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, without compensation.

Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action arising from this waiver shall be brought in the courts of Texas.

Acknowledgment

I have read this waiver, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that this waiver is a binding legal document and affects my legal rights.
