Refund / Cancellation Policy

Class bookings may be subject to cancellation, rescheduling, or refund rules based on class type, instructor availability, and notice provided. Final refund terms will be added before launch.
Cancellation by Student
If you need to cancel a class booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary based on:
- The type of class booked
- How far in advance the cancellation is made
- Whether the class has already begun
- Instructor availability and scheduling constraints
Rescheduling
Students may request to reschedule a class, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Cancellation by LowKey Defense
If LowKey Defense must cancel a class, students will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
No-Show Policy
Students who do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund. We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
